I’m sure that you’ve seen a lot of weight loss ads with a lot of big promises.
It can be hard to know which ones to trust and which ones you can’t trust.
So let me tell you the truth when it comes to weight loss supplements.
Here are some tips to consider before you buy any sort of weight loss supplements:
1) Supplements work differently for everyone. Because each of us is unique and because our bodies all react to supplements and their ingredients differently, your results may be quite different from other people’s experience with the product.
I’ve tried some supplements that worked very well for my friends, but when I tried them, they didn’t seem to work for me at all.
This doesn’t necessarily mean that the supplement doesn’t work or is bad, it could just be that my body didn’t react the same as others did to the ingredients in the supplements.
2) Are you going to use the supplements properly? Make sure that you follow the instructions on the bottle for the correct dosage of the supplement. Checking with your doctor before taking the supplements is also a good idea.
3) Make sure that you drink more water. I’ve found that when taking weight loss supplements, that I have to drink more water in order to make sure that I don’t become dehydrated. If you are dehydrated, then your body will have a difficult time functioning properly and you won’t lose as much weight.
4) Weight loss supplements aren’t a magic pill. Do weight loss supplements help you lose weight? Yes. But you need to be exercising and dieting when you are going to use the supplement or you probably won’t notice any sort of difference.
Sorry, but just taking a weight loss supplement will not give you an amazing body. You need to be exercising and eating properly too.

I’ve found that when I am already eating well and exercising that adding weight loss supplements really help my body tighten up and look fantastic, but if I’m not eating well and exercising, then they do almost nothing for me (other than giving me more energy than I normally would have).
Make sure that you have been eating well and exercising regularly (again see “The Rockstar Diet” for instructions) for at least a month before using any sort of weight loss supplement.
I have found that if I am regularly eating right and exercising properly first, then I will be able to notice if a supplement helps me or not. Otherwise, if I start taking supplements, eating properly and exercising all at the same time, it will be hard to know exactly which of those 3 changes made the biggest difference to how my body looks.
In my experience, eating properly makes the biggest difference in how I look, exercise tightens up my body once I’ve lost some weight and helps me feel amazing, and supplements add even more on top of this.
