Some of these conditions include: cancer, and heart disease while it can also lower cholesterol levels, burn fat and prevent diabetes and strokes.

And it’s pretty easy to take – all you need to do is drink a cup of it!

These supplements along with taking a high quality multi-vitamin every day have really helped me strengthen my health and reduce injuries.
