An Amazing Weight Loss Breakfast: Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

I love food like this!

It’s full of taste, high in fibre and really gives you some energy to start your day in the morning.

Feel free to change the ingredients as you would like – just make sure that your changes or choices are healthy choices that won’t ruin your diet!

To make Cinnamon Raisin French Toast, whisk together 1 egg, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl.

Then coat 2 slices of whole wheat raisin bread in the egg mixture.

Once you have that done, get a skillet or frying pan that is coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Put the coated bread in the frying pan and cook bread for 1 minute a side.

Once it is ready, serve the french toast with 2 tablespoons of applesauce and fat-free ricotta along with a dash cinnamon.

Again, if you don’t have any of the ingredients that are listed here, feel free to change it.
