A Great Weight Loss Breakfast to Start the Day

Our bodies are programmed to naturally cleanse itself of toxins and waste between 4am and 12pm every day.

This means that in the morning, we have an opportunity to naturally cleanse our bodies of toxins and waste that stop us from feeling good and cause us to produce more fat.

So, rather than eating milk and cereal or some sort of high-carbohydrate bread or bagel breakfast, try a fruit breakfast.

When I tried this for myself, I found that I had a lot more energy throughout the day and I lost weight.

If you combine this with the salad diet found in “The Rockstar Diet” you will be on the road to having an incredible body in no time.

And if you use a good weight loss supplement and exercise regularly, you should notice and feel an amazing difference in how your body looks in less than 2 months!

So, here’s how you do this:

Eat only fruit for breakfast.

You want to mainly fruits high in vitamin C for breakfast when you get up and don’t eat any sort of bread or grain products (including cereals or porridges).

So be sure to eat fruit like: Oranges, Kiwi fruit, Grapefruit, Grapes, and Tangerines. You can also eat apples, pears or guavas.

Whatever you do, avoid eating dairy products and carbohydate products until after 12pm.

If you are hungry around 11am, have a snack of banannas, pineapples, mangoes, apple or papayas.

Experiment with your portions, but eat just enough so that you don’t feel hungry.

You will notice a huge difference in how you feel within 1 week!
