Part 2: The Rockstar Diet

I’ve found that when dieting, for the Rockstar Diet or any other diet, that you can’t keep it up forever. Often diets like these ones are meant only to last for a month or so, as to keep them up forever would be near impossible.

When using the Rockstar Diet, the general goal is to increase your level of activity, thus reducing the amount of time that you have to sit around and snack.

The changing pace and activity will supercharge your weight loss and mental energy, but you can’t keep adding more and more activities in your life in order to keep or increase the effects of this diet.

When I discovered the Rockstar Diet, I found that I could only increase my schedule to the point of insanity and keep it there for about 2 weeks before I began to become over-tired and susceptible to sickness.

Now, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t sign up for a new year-long course. I’m just saying maybe don’t add too many of those year long courses when you start out.

The key with dieting is to learn about yourself and how your body reacts and can adjust to the changing demands that you put on it.

You want to push you body to the limit, but not push so hard that you end up hurting yourself.

With that being said, here are a few important keys to the Rockstar Diet:

1) Get your Sleep
I know it can be hard, but try to get your 8 hours of sleep every night if possible. Again, you can probably go without a full 8 hours sleep for a while, but you need to monitor your body and how you are doing to make sure you don’t get sick.

2) Get Some Exercise
If you are following the program I’ve laid out for you in the ebook “The Rockstar Diet”, this shouldn’t be a problem. Exercising straightens your body’s ability to fight off colds and remain healthy. It’s also a fantastic stress relief when you are going through changes in your environment.

3) Get Some Vitamins
Again, this is mentioned already if you are reading my ebook. But in the midst of your increasingly hectic schedule, a good multi-vitamin will make sure your body has a chance to function properly.

This whole system is about learning. So go easy on yourself.

You are learning about your body and yourself as a person in your journey to becoming a gorgeous woman with an amazing shape.

Don’t compare yourself with others. You are unique and your progress level and speed will be different than everyone else, so don’t put too much pressure on yourself to see results right away.
